Everything you’re about to experience didn’t come from theory — it came from lived experience.

I didn’t set out to create a program. I was trying to understand my own life, my patterns, and why I felt stuck despite knowing I was capable of more.

What came out of that journey became something much bigger than me — a path that now helps others understand themselves, release what’s weighing them down, and reconnect with who they truly are.
