I didn’t set out to create a program. I was trying to understand my own life… my patterns… and why I felt stuck, even though I knew I was capable of more.

What came out of that journey became something much bigger than me — a path that now helps others release what’s been weighing them down, break old patterns, and reconnect with who they truly are.
